If you have the owners manual, look up the location of the fuse panel. Check the fuse for the radio, it may also be used for the lighter outlet. Replace the fuse (only use one of the same rating as what is called for at that location!). If you don't have the owners manual, the fuse panel cover may be marked as to which fuse is for the radio. I had the same exact problem with my 98 prizm. It IS a fuse. Mine was located in the fusebox, behind the little storage compartment on the dash. It's a 15 amp mini fuse, marked as lighter. Hope this helps you!

It could be that the window motor has stopped working.
Use an automotive test light and see if you have power at the cigarette lighter accessory plugs. Than test both prongs on the fuse installed with the light. See if the fuse is getting juice.

the air conditioner on out 1991 dodge caravan quit working. we changed the fan and it worked fine then stopped, the compressor clutch isn't trying to kick in. we need to find where the fuse links are to see if that is the problem
