well the Australian government helped the poor and rich and gave them a roof to live inder. banks all ran out of money that is why these days we have shares and we can borrow other peoples money and then pay them back, they didnt have that in those days. you spent only what you earnt. the Aussie government has imporved the living condition and hence we will not have another great depression. wooh hoo go mr dorans h.s.i.e class at b.d.c.
