Go to 'my computer'===>system information(on my computer, this option is in the side panel)====> Click the tab marked 'Hardware'===>Click 'Device Manager'===> Click 'Sound, video and game controllers' Look for an option that has something to do with sound. Click the option 'Unistall driver' After the driver is uninstalled, turn off your computer and restart it. After you restart it, you will get a message that your computer has found new hardware.
