Depending on which version of Windows you are running,In theControl Panel,click on Appearance and Themes or Display(and then Appearance or Desktop Themes,),then choose Mouse Pointers,click on the Mouse Pointers,there will be a Window for you to choose what type of icon you would like to attach to your arrow.Highlight the one you would like to use.You will then be given an opportunity to name your selection such as "my favorite".Once you have named it,click Apply,then click on OK, you are done.Close the Window and the Control Panel and watch you animated arrow come to life as you browse.
go into control panel--mouse--and one of those tabs will let you change the mouse icon but if you mean how to get more mouse icons, well i dont know how
