But if you're asking if HIV or Hepatitis B HBV can be transmitted by mouth to mouth ventilation,
It's not likely.
Both of those diseases are blood bourne pathogens.
Meaning they can only be transmitted, or transferred, by bodily fluids.
Such as blood, semen, vaginal secretions, or an open wound.
It takes more than three gallons of saliva to transfer the diseases,
and urine, feces and vomit show no traces of the infected.
