It's probably a coat hanger from your exhaust suspension. Seriously, could you, oh, I don't know, DESCRIBE IT or something? Take a picture? Follow it up and see what it's connected to, for all we know it's part of that light-up santa lawn display you drove over coming home drunk on New Year's.

well, since turbo was made In 2013. It is 2015 I don't really think there will be another turbo but there can be. I personally think there should be.
