Okay, yah you could buy a boat, I would probably go for something cheaper, but that's not the point. If you can't stop thinking about a girl, consider WHY you can't stop thinking about this girl. If she is important to you, think about why. If you like this girl, maybe you should do something about it. If you are friends with her, then uhm, yah do something...(hint hint, ask her out?, tell her?) If you've only glanced from afar, then try and become friends with her. And if this is any consolation, go hang out with friends, it gets it off your mind. Hope I helped!
P.S. - If you are friends with this girl, take a chance and tell her. Let me just say, from experience. It's better to tell the girl then say nothing.

But if shes just your crush don't stop you may end up deciding you like her again, and maybe you'll have the guts to tell her how you feel and she may feel the same way and then it will all end up great.
