pretty easy .unplug the temp sensor remove the 2 bolts that hold the housing on which is located on the end of the top radiator hose. now you dont have to take the radiator hose off of the housing. the less crap you have to take off the better haha. now clean the houseing and the block of old gasket and grime . remove the thermostate out of the block. remember which way the thermostate is faceing put your new thermostat in and install new gasket and put the houseing back on . tighten the bolts. plug the temp sensor back in and fill it back up with coolant and your done
