no they actually shouldn't be treated the same. it all depends on the situation. suppose someone is in a wheelchair so that doesn't mean that at school they should go down the stairs like every one else. that person should be allowed to use the elevator. it all depends on what the situation is. another example is that if some one is sick or someone from there family is sick teachers should react on their situation and give them extra time to do their homework
