One possiblity is that the exhuast has a small leak in it because exhuasts get really hot then when you splash it water it cools it down in result will cause it to crack
Yes. I have it on my IPod Nano. All you need to do is go to LimeWire and type in the "Video" section. "Potter Puppet Pals-The Mysterious Ticking Noise." That's how I got it.
Got the Noise was created on 2004-06-24.
I think it could be your donut gasket or a small hole in the exhaust pipe. You may also need to change the oil. If the oil has not been changed for an extended period of time, the dirt and debris that accumulates in your oil will block the passages to the hydrolic lifters causing them to run "dry". Be caution with the ticking noise, I once got a good, loud ticking noise in myne and it turned out to be a stuck lifter! Not replacing a stuck lifter can blow your engine.
I can tell you mineis ticking because of a bad hydraulic valve lifter. Yes that's right but, mine had been ticking for about two weeks and I got to the point that I hated driving my truck. I used a bottle of Sea Foam available at any auto parts store. I pulled a vacuum hose on the top of the intake with engine running, and let it suck some into the intake cleaning any carbon deposits out. I then dumped the rest into the crank case where the oil goes make sure to not overfill it though. I've gone two months with no ticking!
I think i have tracked down the clunking,,i believe it's got something to do with the heater, when i change the air flow from the floor to the dash is when it make's the clunking/flaping noise. even tho nobody had a answer for me here i did find alot of question/answer's on the board that will and has helped me with my jeep. Thank's to whoever started this forum. Robert additional info: It is indeed connected with your heater/ac. The noise is the flaps in the air control part resetting to send air in the direction that it is set to go. If you want silent air flaps you need to buy a Porsche Cayenne SUV or something like that. Welcome to America. PS - If it stops making that noise you will have worse problems than just a lil bit of noise. ANSWER Mine does the same. Its just the heater fan.
one of two things either your heater core or your blower fan
