If the noise is coming from the rear then the bushing is broken.
Wheel bearing maybe?
In 1992 only the driver side had air bags the passenger side didn't. In 1994 the passenger side and driver side both came with air bags.
Its probably your air intake.... check under the hood and see if it runs to the inside of your passenger side fender.... mine does and it sounds like the noise your describing
low on freon compressor kicking in and out
The ticking sound is coming from the valve lifters. When the oil filter is changed, air is introduced into the system, which causes air bubbles to form in the oil. This causes the valve lifters to "leak down", which is what causes the ticking sound. It can take several days for the bubbles to dissipate. It's annoying, but harmless.
The air conditioners intake it under the passenger side dash all the way in the front. Some times receipts or plastic bags can get sucked up there and cause the noise. -Gary

Why does my Lincoln LS V8 Blow cold air on one side and hot air on the other side
Depends on the year which you fail to list. Look on the passenger side of the dash for the letters SRS. If there is an air bag you will see SRS written on the location of the air bag.Depends on the year which you fail to list. Look on the passenger side of the dash for the letters SRS.
