6 BTDC manual trans 10 BTDC Auto Trans Might have to time it manually if the engine is worn, take it for a drive with the distributor loose but snug and time it so it wont ping on accel but still runs well with good power. I have a 78 f250 that because of a tired engine I have to time it that way. Make sure its up to operating temp when you do this.
