Drill a hole in the driver's side wheel well to get to the difficult spark plug. In order for it not to be visible, drill the hole high enough to both be hidden and reach the hard to get spark plug with a long extension. I lift and support the front end and remove the front tires. Using a spark plug socket with a long wobble extension you can reach under the rubber splash guard and r&r the spark plugs with ease.

It better to find a shop that you can trust to do the work. Make sure that you get the NGK spark plugs and I telling you know you might want to get spark plug wires. The run around 100.00 because of the metal tips. If you can help it don't go the dealer.
Spark plugs were changed at about 10,000 mile intervals. The arrival of plugs made with special metals such as platignum tips, or irridium, has extended the interval to as much as 60,000 miles. You need to check which type of plugs are fitted to any car, as standard plugs could have been used instead of the longer life ones. The handbook will usually recommend which type to use.

adjust the carb and replace the spark plugs that happened to mine to and after i did that it worked
There's something getting in the cylinder that's not supposed to be there. Are all plugs fouling similarly? Likely an improper fuel mix (broken MAP sensor, O2 sensor, etc), or a leak in the intake system. Is it just one or two? Probably a cracked head gasket or worn piston rings on those cylinders. There's lots of photo tips on spark plug fouling on the web - the various colors and residues lead to clues as to what's causing it. Need to fix the cause, just changing the plugs won't work.
Blows cold air through the heater. Overheats. Bubbles/oil in radiator. Check spark plugs for condensation on plug tips.
