Read your question. It makes no sense at all. Fitting a wheel on a wheel is impossible. What are you wanting to know? Me thinks you may be asking if you can install 20 " wheels on a vehicle that came with 17" wheels. The answer would be yes, with the correct size tire.
According to several websites I checked, the Hyundai Sonatas come with 16 inch wheels stock.
The original size wheels that go on the 2002 Dodge Stratus sedan is 16 inches. You can also use 17 and 18 inch wheels as well. The original tire size for this vehicle is 205/60-16.

20 inch wheels are the largest size wheels that will fit into a 1990 Suzuki. A wheel larger than 20 inches will get on the fender well.
The short answer is yes. The long answer is, it depends. The width of the tire, along with the offset of the wheels plays the biggest role. Stock wheels running 285/70r17's, basically a 33 x 12 tire, will fit just fine.
Dodge charger tire sizes can vary. If you have the all-season tire option, then the size is typically 245/45R20 on all four wheels. If you select the summer tire/high performance option, then the rear tires are 255/45R20. Either way, the rims are 20x9inch. There are a number of owners using a wide variety of tire sizes - 275/40R20 are common wider rear tire sizes and work on the 9 inch stock wheels. You can find other options by browsing the discussion forums of SRT8 owner's clubs online.
