I do not use drugs to treat allergies, I use what I call mental prescriptions. I have answered in what causes allergies how I have found that allergies come about. You need to find the idea that triggers the immune reaction. This idea is always presented by someone as a general idea. Make the idea specific as to what it was really about in the first place and the allergic reaction ceases. So for instance I was being present with the idea of "it's on her finger" and I had developed an allergic reaction under the ring I was wearing. I found the idea through meditation and I changed it from general to "the ring is on her/my finger" and within hours the redness and itching cleared away. It is foul play that is behind this idea. It doesn't arise of itself. It is alway someone in relationship using ESP and in this case it was done out of hate and not even for having done anything to the other person.

One may relieve themselves of an allergy problem by taking over the counter medications for mild symptoms. These include Allegra or Reactine. More complicated allergies may have to be examined by a specialist and given prescription medications.
