I have a 1999 B3000 that had an after market tow harness added so the truck would have rear lights only when towed. There was a toggle switch installed under the dash near the gas pedal that I would hit with my foot and turn off all the rear lights. Head lights still worked fine.

it may cause of battey's cells are weak and hard and dosent get charge, Remedy: replace the battery, or please check alternator which may not charging the battery.. you also want to make sure the brass nut to your fusebox is snug

the problem with these lights is that they bring to much attention to you will driving. To answer this yes you can get pulled over for these blue lights as they are not legal because you are not allowed to have any colors such as blue or red in the front or the rear of your vehicle for obvious reasons.
