sounds like you have moisture and rust in the distributer pull it out clean it check it, install new points and condensor
Could be the crank sensor, pass. side down by the air cond. compressor or the cam sensor, drivers side behind the power steering res.
you can run a ignition diagnostics to check the alternater, starter and the battery, if it wont start, its probably somewhere in one of those

With a fuel pressure guage connected, Key on 60-65psi any less & engine will be hard to start possibly cranks wont run. If motor starts than readings should be 54-58psi
