you should be able to do this just by plugging in your iPod to the computer and it should just sync right onto your ipod. if it doesn't, I'm sure apple has some kind of support for you. also, you might what to make sure that auto sync is turned on in your iTunes, to make sure that your ipod updates every time you plug it in.
