No. There are transgender persons who have (and had) wonderful 'traditional' relationships with their Fathers and Mothers, there are transgendered persons who have the other side of the spectrum and no relationship to their birth parents or adoptive parents at all. Transgenderism transcends race, creed, color, religion, economic status, marital status, family structure, intelligence, physical strength and design, date of birth. Gender and sexuality go much deeper than any of these "causes."
