Trial version of Sony Vegas Pro 8 that I didn't strat using early enough so it will expire soon Is there any way to extend the trial?

No you can't extend the trial. But you can unistall and then download it again (and re-register it for another 30 days). Alternatively you could download sony Vegas movie studio or the platinum edition. Hope this helps.
If you find anything like a keygen you might be able to adjust it in "regedit".
*note its found in: local machine - software - sony sofware - Vegas 8.0 - license here should you add 1 entry and change some values and remove 1 entry.

Actually this is not true. I've tried uninstalling this trial program (and many others like Photoshop CS4) and re-installing the trial, and it does not give you another extra 30 day trial usage.
Downloading another version of Vegas might work though.
