You should consult your doctor regarding this however i will supply the information i know. Regarding your hypothyroidism, your doctor may have changed the limits that they would like to see you at.
Generally, TSH levels are "normal" if between 0.05 and 5.0 and
T4 levels are generally 5 to 13.5.
