depends on if you've got the tt model but I'll assume you have then 1st replace the stock air filter with twin induction kits
2nd fit a full stainless steal exhaust including a de-cat pipe.
3rd next buy a boost controller (i prefer the electronic type more expensive but worth the money) and fit an after market boost gauge the standard 1 is rubbish
4th take your car get it chiped so as to remove the fuel cut off and the boost limit and rec limiter
5th set your boost at about 14psi just about 1bar
6th get the car on a rolling road and make sure the thing is runnig sweet
7th enjoy

It could just be the AC compressor causing the engine to shake when running at lower speed. If it's any more than that, the engine might need a tuneup, motor mounts or possibly a burned valve.
This will depend on the speeds that you are going at, but the 1992 mitsubishi eclipse does get up to 540 horse power, so has pretty powerful torque as well.
ABout 161 hp out of the factory with mods such as exhaust headers and wide pipe with cold air intake its about 218.
