Some times the battery will have enough power to turn lights on but not enough to turn the engine over. Try to jump start it or replace battery with one you know is charged. By the way-nice car.
You can't and will have to buy new ones or replace the instrument panel with a used one.

in the dash
The gauges on the dash is the instrument cluster.
It means that you have a low reading on one of the gauges and you need to address the problem.
Pressure gauges.
Assuming you have checked that the battery cables are clean and tight on both ends and you do hear a click coming from the starter area, I'm going to say the starter/starter solenoid is bad. If you don't even get a click it may be the neutral safety switch.
The instrument cluster is what houses the speedometer, and the gauges.
Wire strain gauges are an example for a zero order instrument.
Nothing
the instrument panel deos not work all the gauges on my 1988 Audi 5000 cs
No. The spark plug wires have nothing to do with the illumination of dash gauges. Check your fuse box for blown fuses. A blown fuse that corresponds to the instrument cluster will cause that.
