I would like to believe that they can be Cancer and HIV/AIDS, since seeing that the body's immune system would be broken down/damaged and would not be able to defend the body (HIV/AIDS).I am not sure the reason for cancer

1. It has never received vaccinations against and/or
2. The vaccinations it has received have become less protective due to
time and the individual has not been revaccinated and/or
3. There are not enough or no antibodies " on hand" to protect the body
and/or
4. The other protective mechanisms ( i.e. t-cells) are " not cutting it"
and/or
5. There are other pathologies which leaves one more vulnerable

No. HIV attacks and overwhelms the immune system. In fact, the reason you can die of AIDS has nothing to do with the disease, but rather any sickness you catch with your immune system shot.
