Two of my friends obsess over their weight saying they're fat and everything and they're always watching their diets but they're only 13 and I am bigger than both of them and now I feel bad help plz?

Well, first of all you should tell your friends that they are only freaking 13!!!! And they shouldn't really care about their weight yet!!!! And if you feel like your "fat" you shouldn't really care hun! If you feel like you are doing good in your life and you are happy with the way you are it doesn't really matter how much you weigh! As long as you feel good about yourself that's all that matters!!! It doesn't really matter how much you weigh!!!
