If you are wondering if there is currently a program that converts a person's typed communications into audible voice, the answer is yes. You may need Windows Vista but try this:
From your start button go to >control panel and select> SPEECH. Then, you will see a tab that says text to speech. This is probably just one way to get started. Unsure if there is a Skype program for this.

depends what type of phone you have sometimes if both your computer and phone have bluetooth you can do that but sometimes the phones come with USB's and you put your memory card in there then stick it in the computer USB port
