If they come they on your property uninvited, Self defense, under the line of duty
Note that Texas is the only state in which you're inherently allowed to shoot anyone who comes onto your property uninvited, while the remaining 49 states require there to be a series of circumstances in place before the use of lethal force is authorised, such as imminent threat of death, debilitating injury, or rape.
no you cant,it is illegal. That depends on where you are and what the circumstances are. For instance, in the U.S. almost anyone that isn't a felon can go to a shooting range and shoot. That said though, you can't just shoot a gun anywhere you want to, even if you have a permit. A permit only allows you to have the gun on your person (and actually, in a few states, you aren't required to have a permit). But you can only fire the gun under certain circumstances.
No
You are physically can shoot a gun, yes. And it is legal, as long as you don't shot a person.
It depends on the circumstances. Federal law requires a person to be 21 to purchase a handgun or handgun ammo from a dealer, however, in some states, a person under 21 can purchase a gun from an individual. Besides that, it is not illegal for someone under 21 to POSSESS a handgun under certain circumstances, such as target competition or hunting, or self defense.
they shoot the sword out of the gun and stabs sombody!
Anything is possible given the right set of circumstances.
In the Unites States you have to be 18 to purchase a pellet or BB gun, but you can be any age to shoot it under adult supervision.
You can, but, DON'T. It is unsafe for most guns.
Sure you can, It just depends on who, where and under what circumstances.
Yes. Under the right circumstances.
none. They are just exercising the second amendment rights. as they should. Unless, they are trying to kill you and you can act in legitimate self defense. Then the answer is subjective. Does the person without a gun have some other type of weapon? How close is that person to you? Under the circumstances, is the person without the gun more of a threat to you? Do the two with guns have a clear line of site to you? Is there cover avaialble? Can you get to it before you get shot?
It depends on the circumstances, but yes, it can happen. For example, pointing a gun at another person, even if you don't shoot them, can be aggravated assault. So can pulling a knife or other weapon on another person.
