Unfortunately very little. Rampant inflation in the 1980s reduced the peso's value so much that the coins and bills then in circulation were withdrawn around 1992, and replaced with "nuevo pesos" (new pesos) at the rate of 1000 to 1. That meant a coin such as yours worth 100 old pesos would be exchanged for 1/10 of a new peso. At current rates a new peso is worth about a U.S. dime, so 1/10 of that is ... a penny.

However, if you have a 1987 100 Peso World Wildlife Fund 25th Anniversary silver proof (has many Monarch Butterflies on it), it contains 1 full troy ounce of silver. The coin weighs more than an ounce because it's only 72% silver. Production was limited to approximately 30,000 coins, and due to collector value, it's worth more than just the silver value, up to $60 if it's still carded and has the certificate of authenticity.
