Its inside the alternator. Its not really something you can replace. If your voltage regulator doesn't work, you need a whole new alternator.
On the 1993 Eagle Talon 1.8 liter 4-cylinder, the voltage regulator is bolted in the alternator housing. Open the hood and look on in the front engine area on the passenger side.
The pressure regulator is located on the pass side of the fuel rail. It has a snap ring on it and all you have to do is take the snap ring off and pull it out. The fuel pressure regulator on a 1995 Eagle Talon non-turbo is an integral part of the fuel rail and is replaced as a unit.
