There is no separate switch for it. Pushing the light switch will defeat the dome and courtesy lamps.

It could be the rear window wiper fluid supply line broken. The wiper fluid supply line run directly over the back dome light. My 2002 Montana had the same problem.
they make a little clip that goes on thu can unplug the two wired un the back of the peg for the dome light or you can unplug the two wires on the back of the peg
First, check your fuses.
It is on the lift support shocks on the rear window hatch. Each side has one.

Take the cover off the dome light with a flat head screwdriver. Insert the screwdriver carefully into the small indet in the back of the dome light. pry carefully and the cover will pop off. Pull the bulb out and snapo the new one in. For side bulbs you will need to use a Phillips screwdriver and remover the dome light from the ceiling after the cover is removed.

The auto dimming type you remove the dome light bracket, slide a thin shim in from the rear and push the clips that hold the dome light to the roof liner. pop the cover off the front of the dome light above the mirror, there are three torx head screws to remove. then the unit should come out. there is a bolt on the mirror bracket that needs to be taken off and then the wires on the back of the mirror are just pull the plug and re-plug the new one. do the re-install just backwards and before you know it your done.
