Frieght in is when paid at time of goods purchased while freight out is when paid at the time of sales of products.

As to freight paid as per charter-party it generally mean that freight is payable at the rate mentioned in the charter-party. So the difference is that advance freight is the freight paid in advace and freight paid as per c/p is a phrase in B/L (bill of lading) referring to rate and way of payment of freight (i.e. to which bank, by money transfer or in cash, within how many working days, etc.)
FCCOD means freight charges collect on delivery. In other words, the freight bill needs to be paid when the goods are delivered. It is similar to COD but it is only for the freight or delivery charge.

At first look I would say you dont. Did you check their authority and bond status beforehand?
Before you haul freight for them ...company info including mc and dot number , w9, insurance certificate of liability showing them as the certificate holder, most will get you to sign a freight broker agreement.After you haul for them a signed bill of lading with no exceptions such as freight short or damaged in order to get paid.
Depends on their experience, company, type of freight they haul, and method by which they're paid (mileage, percentage, hourly, salary, etc.).
