It is a very large list - too long to practically type out here. That filter cross references with several others, including OEM filters from Allis-Chalmers, Caterpillar, IHC-Navistar, Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, etc. There's a website called Filtertopia.... I would suggest you look there. I'd post a related link for you to the correct page, but that feature isn't enabled on this site for the time being.

If the vehicle has not been tuned up for a while, check the air filter fuel filter and the spark plugs. It sounds like you have a problem either getting fuel or getting air.
Fuel filter is located on driver's side of the vehicle midway between the front and back wheels along the rail. The filter can be changed with either the special factory tool or a set of needle nosed pliers to compress the plastic ears and pull the hoses off. There is a single screw holding the filter assembly to the body of the vehicle. Takes less than 15 minutes once you have the van on ramps.
The engine in that vehicle takes 4 and one half qts of oil with a filter change.
on the 2.2 with filter it takes 5 qts.-- 2.4 with filter takes 4 qts.-- 3.1/3.4 takes4.5 qts with filter. good-day !
right under the engine. it is small and is just clamped in the fuel line. you can see it when you get under the vehicle. it takes about 5 minutes to change.
Every vehicle takes just enough oil to bring the level to full on the dipstick.
Early MOPAR's used this filter. It has SAE threads, not metric.
According to the 2000 Ford Ranger owners manual : The 3.0L V6 ( which is a Flex Fuel Vehicle engine ) takes : ( 4.3 litres / 4.5 U.S. quarts of 5W-30 with the Motorcraft FL-400S engine oil filter )
