I don't know of any lawsuits against petmeds for expired products, but I am aware of lawsuits against them for inflating stock by their own stockholders, also they have been in trouble in Florida, and they are not authorized resellers of many of their products such as - advantage multi, revolution, rimadyl, and many other mainstay products.
