On my 05 there is a removable panel beneath the steering column that exposes the fuse box you will see two TYCO relays and it is the one on the left. I am trying to figure out how to remove it without doing damage.

The starter relay is located next to the handle to open your hood..There is a fuze box and to the left of that is the relay for the starter and many other functions.

Don't think there exists one. The power go from the key cylinder directly to the solinoid on the starter.
The 1997 Honda Civic Horn relay is found under the drive side dash panel. The relay is mounted next to the starter relay on the right side of the fuse box.
