If you are looking at the engine from the front of the van, the reservoir is on the left side, toward the back of the engine. It is easier to get to if you removed the windshield wiper shield.
I have also included a link that shows where it is on a 2001 Venture, but it is the same for the 2004 Venture. Look for the Red lettering on the cap.

Yes, it can be pushed out of the reservoir.
The 2004 Chevrolet Venture OBD 2 port is on lower edge of dash; left of or under steering column

A 2004 Ram uses automatic transmission fluid in the power steering.
There is no power steering fluid..........all electronic.
Gm recommended power steering fluid
Is a screen built into the power steering reservoir.
regular power steering fluid is all you need.
Possibly a worn belt on the power steering pumo.
there is no power steering fliud because your power steering is electric steering.there is no fluids nor is there a pump...all electrical
