No. Alchemy is essentially a medieval concept.
The gospels say that Jesus was a Jew by religion. Matthew and Luke, in particular, demonstrate the importance of numerology to the early Jews, and we know that Astrology was also important, but there is no mention of alchemy.
The Prophet Muhammad was brought up as a pagan, and a close relative was a Christian. Once again, there is no mention of alchemy in his religious upbringing.
