During the Vietnam War, North Vietnam was communist, and South Vietnam wasn't. Following the war, the unified country is now communist (and is one of the very few remaining communist nations).

After gaining independence from France, Cambodia became a constitutional monarchy under Norodom Sihanouk. Although believed to be sympathetic to the communists, Cambodia remained a constitutional monarchy until Sihanouk was overthrown by Lon Nol with US backing. As the war in Vietnam was ending, the Khmer Rouge (Red Cambodians) took control of Cambodia and established a particularly rigid and bloody form of communism.

No, Burma has been under military Dictatorship since the coup in 1962. There was a communist party at the time but they were not in power.

Thailand was not communist during the war or at anytime since then. Thailand fought for South Vietnam.

No. It was the "Republic of South Vietnam" until it was conquered by the North in April '75.
