no she is not a good ruler but she is good in known as the last female pharoah queen of egeypt and seductress she cared of love more than enything she makes babies with ceasar and 3 with mark Antony and she only uses them to enlarge her kingdom she didnt really love ceasar she used him ass well but she loves mark Antony i would consider that as a dirty and bad queen.

∙ 12y agogood, at least for herself. Cleopatra was a disastrous ruler for Egypt. She taxed the people heavily to pay off her father's debt and let the country's infrastructure decay. The Romans had a major engineering job dredging the silted up canals and waterways in the delta. The only building she erected was a temple to Julius Caesar which was also self-serving. Her ultimate negative effect on Egypt was that she caused the loss of Egypt's independence by her meddling in Roman politics.
