NO. While there is serious debate over whether the Joseph story is even historical, we need not even entertain that debate to reject this. Djoser lived around 2670 B.C.E., nearly 1000 years earlier than the earliest estimates of when Joseph could have gone to Egypt. Even the oldest dates for Abraham, Joseph's great-grandfather are from 1800 B.C.E., 870 years later than Djoser.

If Joseph ever existed, which is unlikely, he would have been vizier to a New Kingdom Pharaoh probably Seti (1290-79 BCE). Djoser being an Old Kingdom ruler (2668-49 BCE) is much too early
