My name is Steve Abbate and I am the owner of Cetane Associates. We worked as an adviser to a company who purchased a very, very small piece of HOP Energy related to delivering diesel fuel to trucks.
Mike Anton has never worked for Cetane Associates nor is he a member of the Board of Directors as we don't even have a Board of Directors. We are a small advisory company. I am not an officer of HOP nor have I ever been. I was the Director of Commercial Business from 2000-2005 but that is not an officer and I was not on the Board of Directors. I managed the diesel business eleven years ago. I was a logical choice as an adviser to the buyer as I worked there and knew that business.
