It had king of a bad ending, but the US government told the rest of the world it had worked. You can't blame them for not telling everyone the South Vietnamese army sucked. John Kerry said they were lying and it was all terrible. He said some anti-army crap that he had no right to. A lot of protesters liked him after that. So kind of.
