Mary's Wife Lord Darnley
Yes, she married 3 times. Her first marriage was to the Dauphin of France, who would become Francis II. Subsequent to his death, she married Henry Stewart, Lord Darnley. Following Lord Darnley's assassination, Mary married James Hepburn, Easrl Bothwell.
Mary queen of Scots murdered him
His mother was Mary Stuart, Queen of Scots and his father was supposedly her husband Henry Stuart, Lord Darnley.
Henry, Lord Darnley, (2nd husband of Mary, Queen of Scots and father to her only son, James) died in 1563 in suspicious circumstances. He was found in the garden of a house in Kirk O'Field, Scotland, where an explosion had taken place. Although the house had been blown up, it seems that Darnley and his servants managed to get out of the windows, but it would appear that they had been strangled by assailants waiting for them. Mary and Lord Bothwell (who would become her 3rd husband) were implicated in Darnley's death, but nothing was proven.

Henry Stuart was very unpopular with his subjects, and his enemies plotted to kill him. One night they blew up the house Darnley was staying in at the time, but he had managed to escape. But once he got outside, he was caught and strangled to death by an unidentified assasin. His body, wearing only his nightgown, and the body of his servant, were found in an orchard in Darnley, Glasgow. There were people who believed that Queen Mary of Scots had conspired with the earl of bothwell, her next husband, to kill Darnley. Mary had apparently nursed Darnley only a few days before his death when he was sick with smallpox.
Henry, Lord Darnley the Queen's husband. He was jealous of him.
No, Mary Queen of Scots (1542 - 1587), was not proven to have killed a family member of Elizabeth I (1533 - 1603). Although it was suspected she was complicit in the death of her second husband, Lord Henry Darnley (1545 - 1567), and as Darnley's grandmother was Margaret Tudor, Elizabeth's aunt, that is where the family relationship came from.
