No. The last Prophet of Islam Hazrat Muhammad (Peace be upon him) is prophet for all human beings till the last day of the world. The holy Qur'an addresses all humans. Its teachings are universal.

If the question is asking whether religions other than Islam see Mohammed as a prophet (as opposed to a regular person in history), there are only the Post-Islamic Religions (Druze, Baha'i, etc.) that do this. Even Sikhism, which was inspired to certain extent by Islam does not consider Mohammed a prophet. Judaism, Christianity, Hinduism, and Buddhism all do not consider Mohammed a prophet.
However, as Answer 1 notes, Mohammed's message was intended to be universalist one, not a tribal one.
