If LKA-57 was sold to Another Country, then most likely it was sold to be refurbished and put into service under that country's flag. There are plenty of instances where decommisioned ships are sold to other countries for use in their Navy. Mexico is considering buying a few of the older LPDs as we speak...my ship, USS Denver LPD-9, was one of the ones being looked at.
