No. Death was a sentence pronounced on them for sin even before they ate of the fruit of the forbidden tree. YHWH God told them "the fruit of the tree that is in the middle of the garden you shall not eat. For in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die!"Adam and Eve disobeyed God by eating of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil and the moment they did so their glorious fellowship with God was severed - they died spiritually and also immediately began dying physically.

The Voice of YHWH God walked in the garden in the cool of the day and Adam and his wife hid among the trees of the garden in fear. When they had eaten of the fruit their eyes were opened and they knew they were naked. Prior to this they had been naked and unashamed. YHWH God called to them and said "Adam, where are you?" He summoned the man and woman before Him and asked of Adam if he had eaten from the tree from which he commanded him not to eat. Adam blamed God - the woman whom you gave to be with me gave me to eat and I ate. YHWH God asked the woman why she had done this and she replied that the serpent tempted her and she ate. YHWH God cursed the serpent and foretold that the Seed of the woman would crush the head of the serpent though His heel would be bruised thereby. The curse would be broken by the promised Seed. The woman was punished with pain in childbirth and she would always desire her husband who would rule over her. The ground was cursed for Adam's sake and he would eat bread by the sweat of his brow. He was taken from the dust and to dust he will return.

Then YHWH God saw that fig leaves were inadequate and He clothed them in skins to cover their nakedness. This was a Sovereign and tender act of God for which blood was shed. They were then driven from the garden of Eden by the Cherubim, until Messiah, the Lamb of God would come to die, be buried and rise again victorious over death.

Were there more than one Adam and Eve in the Bible?

Probably, yes. First of all, Adam just means 'man' in Hebrew, and Eve means 'living'. So, one possibility is that the original author scarcely thought of a specific man and woman at all. Some scholars believe that the several stories of Adam and Eve were in some cases about different Adams and Eves and in other cases about men and women in general (remembering the actual meanings of Adam and Eve).

What do you call Adam and Eves sin?

"Original Sin" or "Sin of Adam"AnswerMuslims also believe that both Adam and Eve admitted their sin, repented, asked God for forgiveness. God accepted their repentance and forgave them (Quran Ch2 V.34-38)Muslims believe that no one of Adam and Eve's descendants will be punished by Adam and Eve's sin. Everyone will be judged only on their own beliefs, deeds, and conduct.Muslims believe that you are responsible for yourself in front of God the Creator on the Last Day of Judgment. No one, except God the Creator, can forgive you and accept you in His paradise per His mercy.Christians believe that no one can be perfect enough to compare to God. And that the only way to enter heaven is to accept Jesus' death in place of their own to remove their sins and make them appear perfect before God.

Was there Adam and two Eves in the bible?

If you mean whether there are more men on earth called Adam, and some ladies that are called Eve; then YES there are more than one Adam and more than one Eve.But if you mean whether in the Bible there are more 'first' humans; then NO. All mankind are offspring stemming from the Adam & Eve in the Garden of Eden. There wasn't one couple called A & E over here starting a human race; and another A & E somewhere else also starting the human race. The DNA of all humans on earth is 'tagged' with something that identifies us as coming from a common ancestry.

Did Adam father children with anyone other than eve?

AnswerLilith is not actually mentioned in the Bible, but in popular myth, she was Adam's first wife, but she quarrelled with him and flew away, because he would not let her be on top when having sex. God sent three angels who threatened the daily death of one hundred of her children if she did not return to Adam. She refused and suffered the threatened punishment. Now, because of this, she attacks the newborn children of others.

Why would Cain worry that some one would kill him if he was the only one there?
