No, it was not. But there was a suit filed in Utah. A mother had brought food home to her son from the Taco Bell drive-thru in Cottonwood Heights (1962 E. Fort Union Blvd) on 6/29/97.

He ate an entire hard shell taco and half of a soft taco when he allegedly found a "glob" of feces the size of a quarter on the wrapper. He allegedly vomited upon finding the feces and suffered from gastrointestinal problems for 48 hours after but didn't suffer any serious illness.

The Health Department found no traces of food on the fecal matter nor could they find fecal matter in the uneaten portion of food submitted. Jana Carlson-Kettering, Health Department public information officer: "We cannot prove that any feces was found in a taco. The only thing that was submitted to us was some fecal matter in a bag."

The only news reports I've found online about this were before the suit ended.
