"I'm guessing you mean Egypt if you're saying Pharoah. The story of the origin of the world starts with the world being empty aside from waters, which was the God "Nun". But the God Re-Atum emerged from these waters to create/spit out 2 other Gods (which represent air and moisture) and then these Gods went and had 2 kids who represented the earth and sky.

I'd say Re-Atum would be the God of the Gods... Seeing as he technically started the whole process."

Above answer by someone. My answer is, I think Re, or Ra, was the main god originally, but then Isis took over.
