"I'm guessing you mean Egypt if you're saying Pharoah. The story of the origin of the world starts with the world being empty aside from waters, which was the God "Nun". But the God Re-Atum emerged from these waters to create/spit out 2 other Gods (which represent air and moisture) and then these Gods went and had 2 kids who represented the earth and sky.
I'd say Re-Atum would be the God of the Gods... Seeing as he technically started the whole process."
Above answer by someone. My answer is, I think Re, or Ra, was the main god originally, but then Isis took over.
Technically Pharaohs were gods on earth in the eyes of their people. They were treated as gods and they acted as gods.
No, they were still considered Gods.
The pharaohs of Egypt were given their names by the gods. This is because they believed that their thrones were divinely given.

The pharaohs believed that they were gods; they also believed in many gods (except for Akhenaton, who was a monotheist).
They thought that the pharaohs were either the children of Gods or they were reincarnations of the Gods, meaning that they were the Gods reborn. The God that they were born from or were reborn as changed but it was generally "Horus" who was one of their main Gods. He was actually considered the patron God of Egypt.
Technically, them all, but primarily Osiris, the King of the Gods
All Egyptian pharaohs considered themselves to be descended from gods as well as being gods themselves. Their parents were probably pharaohs, too.

Did they consider him a god, yes. All Pharaohs were thought to be gods with human forms.
they were shthey had to worship them because it would make life run smoothly
Well, they certainly thought that they were. Pharaohs spent their entire reign trying to achieve the level of a god. That is why some of them were literally named sons of gods. For example, Ramses means "Son of Ra"
Pharaohs were living gods.
They called themselves Gods because they believed when they were crowned Pharaoh a God came into them or was there parents. Or that when they were born a God gave them powers to choose things and be the true ruler. That is why the called themselves Gods they believed they actually were part of a God.
the pharoah's are the gods leaders and priests. they have them because of there religion they had. The religion was only worshipping only god/pharaoh.
