No. The Boer Wars (there were two) both took place in the country of South Africa between the "original" Dutch settlers called "Boers", meaning "Farmer" in Dutch, and the British colonists. "Native" South Africans, like the Zulu, Xhosa, etc. were involved in these wars as well. The British used concentration camps to win the second Boer War.
The Boer wars also have nothing to do with either Iraq or Kuwait.
