No, this is not true!

According to the Islamic traditions, which remains unsuported by any evidence whatsoever, it was Adam [you know the guy who was 50 feet tall] who first built Kaa'ba, later it was rebuilt by Abraham and Ishmael on the foundations laid down by Adam himself.

Now sometimes after Ishmael, the Arabs got into idolatry and made it a center of their religious activities. These Pagans attributed partners to Allah and placed those gods and goddesses in Kaa'ba as well.

During the early days of Muhammad, on whom be peace and blessings, the people of Makkah renovated it in which the Prophet (PBUH) himself participated.

So, its absolutely wrong to relate building of Kaa'ba to Moses (PBUH).

Since Muslims have kept it in repair, it could be properly called the oldest building in Islam. ______________________________________________________ The oldest building in Islam is Kaaba in Makkah (or Mecca) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Kaaba is narrated that it was built by prophet Adam ans when covered by sands the building was raised again by prophet Abraham and his son prophet Ismael.
