Ka'bah (or Kaaba) is a sacred building that was raised by the prophets Ibrahim (Abraham) and Ismael (Ishmael); peace be upon them. Turning around Kaaba is a ritual worship and also associated with the rituals of pilgrimage (Hajj and Omra).
